海景....
大海能给我一种非常舒服, 非常宁静的感觉..
随着海浪冲上石头上, 我们尝试吸吸一口海所飘来的空气,
让空气与我们的烦恼凝聚起来,把它变成冷冰冰的烦恼..
当海浪从石缝中开始流向大海, 我们尝试把那冷冰冰的烦恼从脑袋和身体呼出..
望着那夕阳西下, 看着从我们所呼出来冷冰冰的烦恼被夕阳的温度溶解然后掉进大海..
就让大海把我们的烦恼载送到一个荒岛, 随着海浪打在那大打的沙滩上,
不要让同样的烦恼再次会来.....
